Travis Prinzi
Travis Prinzi is the author of a forthcoming book on the Harry Potter series from Zossima Press (Fall 2008). He holds a graduate degree in theological studies from Northeastern Seminary and is currently competing a graduate degree in Secondary English education from the University of Rochester.
Travis has knowledge and study in a wide variety of fields, including undergraduate and graduate work in religion, English and literature, and education, and work experience in cardiology. He hosts a successful website on Harry Potter and mythopoeic literature (The Hog's Head) with an accompanying podcast ("The Hog's Head PubCast"). He has been invited to speak at academic conferences, including Prophecy 2007: A Harry Potter Symposium, Portus 2008: A Harry Potter Symposium, and Convention Alley 2008, where he was featured as a Keynote Speaker. He has been a guest lecturer for the philosophy department at LaSalle University
Travis lives in Rochester, NY with his wife Tricia and daughter Sophia.
